Lewis Miller presents a Botanical Afternoon Tea at the Crosby Street Hotel
To celebrate the arrival of summer, I have collaborated with the talented chefs at the Crosby Street Hotel to create a seasonal afternoon tea. Inspired by my favorite summer blossoms: clematis, lavender, climbing pale pink garden roses and fluffy, blue hydrangea; guests are treated to sweet treats such as lemon poppy chiffon cake and airy pavlovas with rosewater crémeaux. The traditional afternoon tea is made complete with an assortment of classic finger sandwiches and scones with clotted cream and preserves.
